DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the annual migration of monarch butterflies with t
 he Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation. ODWC will be monarch ta
 gging monarchs at Hackberry Flat Wildlife Management Area. Monarch taggi
 ng sessions will begin daily at 10:00 AM at the William H. “Bill” Cr
 awford Building. They will discuss butterfly basics\, then monarchs coll
 ected from the area will be tagged and released.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nDisclaime
 rs:\n\n**Tagging activities will be limited to the number of butterflies
  collected.\n\n*Online registration is required to attend the event.\n\n
 *Participants must be 10 years of age or older.\n\n*Minimum of 5 registr
 ants is required for the event.\n\n*No pets allowed.\n\nPlease expect an
  email the day before the event regarding weather conditions and expecta
 tions! If weather conditions are looking unfavorable\, a cancellation em
 ail will be sent out to attendees.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nGetting There:\n\nFrom 
 the south end of the town of Frederick\, continue south on Highway 183 f
 or one mile. Turn east (left) on County Road E183 (also known as Airport
  Road). Travel 3 miles and then follow the blacktop as it curves sharply
  to the right. You are now on County Road N2240. Travel 6 miles. You wil
 l pass two Hackberry Flat WMA signs but continue to the third sign\, the
