Monarch Watch Conservation Expert for Oklahoma, Sandra Schwinn, will be the special guest of the Piedmont Parks & Recreation Department for an afternoon of conversation about monarchs and gardening. The City if Piedmont invites you to come learn about monarch conservation practices, the ongoing local and nationwide movement to restore the monarch population, tips on creating your own monarch habitat with milkweeds and other native pollinator plants, and more. Reservations may be make for the public event via the host’s Facebook page.
